All our LED lamps, Home Art Decor, and Guitar Picks are custom made and built and being crafted and adjusted by hand to make sure it has the best quality in order to satisfy your needs. Our team works extremely hard every single day to produce the best products for our customers, therefore we STRICTLY DO NOT offer refunds to orders made by mistake, dissatisfaction, or change of mind. Once an order is placed, the item is considered sold.

However, if your item arrives damaged or broken for some reason, please contact us and we will be happy to send you a replacement. Please keep in mind that due to our strict refund policy, no refund will be warranted due to a damaged item; only a replacement will be sent free of charge.
